Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing Fuels is looking for a passionate and detail-driven
Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at our Corporate Headquarters location (San Antonio, TX). In this role, you will create engaging visual content across a variety of mediums—including web, social media, print, and digital platforms—to support VP’s brand and marketing initiatives. You will be tasked with designing for diverse audiences, encompassing both B2B and B2C sectors, as well as various product line types and subsidiary businesses. This requires the ability to create targeted designs for a wide array of brand audiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling designs, templates, and assets that resonate with our diverse customer base and align with business goals. You will report to the Manager of Design and the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate brings a strong design portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to balance creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. - Bachelor’s degree in Art, Marketing, Design, or a related field AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities.
