Background/Qualifications:
To secure an interview for this Land Development PE opportunity, candidates should possess:
5-10 years of experience, particularly in site design, pipelines, and subdivision.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
Capability to independently manage projects and lead meetings with clients.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Demonstrable ability to transition from client meetings to design implementation.
Bonus: Business development skills.

Salary/Compensation Structure:
Ideal starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.
Mid and end-of-year bonuses offered, with last year being the highest on record.
