Job summary:
The USRM Servicing Technology team is seeking to hire a Lead Engineer RPA / AWS in their IVR and RPA bot Automation space. In this role you will work within Agile delivery teams to provide solutions that boost efficiency, profitability, and streamline operations, reducing human intervention while addressing the needs of customers, agents, representatives, and back-office employees.
The candidate will be reporting to an Engineering Manager and is responsible for establishing technology strategy and roadmaps as well as product recommendations that enable business flexibility at the enterprise level. The role drives change that moves our Automation technology and business forward, managing/solving the most complex problems, and providing leadership across engineering teams to unlock Automation capabilities.
