Part Time: 4 hour shifts, 2-3 days a week during slower season, 3-4 days a week during busy season This is a part-time position, and hours and days of work vary Monday through Friday, depending on production schedule. Schedule will be determined at time of hire. Potential for full-time. Opportunities to cross-train on other equipment will be available and willingness to learn other aspects will play a crucial key in the selection process.

Job description Here is what you will do…

Time Spent: Production Department

The position requires a willingness to learn and effectively operate production equipment. Our team members create and operate multiple aspects of the decoration apparel & gear business.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consistent flow of work using our robust production manager system, and take on any assigned projects.
• Operate the automated screen print press, direct to garment printer, sublimation printer, latex printer, vinyl cutter per job specifications.
• Maintain production studio organization and cleanliness. 
• Print and reclaim screens for screen print production.

Qualifications -

• Strong knowledge of screen printing preferred. Will train right candidate.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly understand and navigate new systems.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Flexible to assume other duties as needed with our growing company.
