Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Learning Management Systems Specialist to support our Learning Management System and to assist with other Learning and Development projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide day-to-day support of LMS for all field partners, including L&D email correspondence and service center tickets
• Assist in the management and maintenance of learning programs, curricula, and all learning items
• Create and maintain learning assignment profiles in the LMS
• Establish and maintain content review process and timeline for all learning items in Learning Library, working with Training and Curriculum Manager for all classes, which includes communicating with Subject Matter Experts at all levels of the organization.
• Establish and manage content review process and timeline for all learning material in Learning and Development repository.
• Updates course content as needed or works with Learning Experience Architects on any large course changes.
• Assists with the annual training and development needs assessment.
• Assist Business Process Specialist with system testing and validation, and regression testing
• Assist in training field learning admins

Skills/Qualifications

Required: 

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate with various departments and stakeholders in all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with Office 365 and intranet/internet

Preferred: 

• 1-2 years HR, L&D, or business experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other performance management or LMS software
• Experience with Articulate360
• Current knowledge of adult learning best practices
