Job Description

• Support 2-3 associate attorneys in a civil defense law firm
• Independently manage an active case load
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and other case meetings
• Draft and proofread legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
• Provide administrative support to assigned attorneys
• Coordinate travel arrangements

Responsibilities:

• Schedule depositions, site inspections, hearings, and case meetings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage electronic files
• Provide general administrative assistance to attorneys
• Coordinate travel

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in civil defense specialties like personal injury and commercial liability
• Familiarity with California Superior Courts and judicial processes
• Strong technology skills including email, video conferencing, and document management
