Job Description

As a seasoned Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll leverage your established expertise and referral network to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. With our comprehensive lending programs and state-of-the-art technology, you’ll streamline the mortgage process, aiming for rapid turnarounds—often within two weeks. This role is 100% commission-based, perfect for driven loan officers who excel in an independent, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Originate and close mortgage loans with precision, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Cultivate and expand relationships with your existing network of clients and referral partners.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success as a mortgage loan originator.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Established network of referral partners, essential for success as no leads are provided.
Must have strong relationships with referral partners, as no leads are provided.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Residency in North Carolina is required.
Must hold a NC Mortgage Loan Originator License.
