Join our Kocourek team as a Maintenance technician and play a key role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
• Maintains dealership landscaping and lawn care.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with colleagues and vendors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30 pm. Additional hours as necessary.
