Go Fast Manufacturing in New London , WI is looking for one mechanical assembler to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on N3752 Drier Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Location: Go Fast Mfg. LLC / New London WI

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday – Thursday 6am – 430pm (occasional Fridays if needed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and products according to technical specifications and blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand and power tools.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and rework on defective or malfunctioning assemblies.
• Operate various machinery and equipment as required for assembly processes.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
• Document assembly procedures and report any issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
