Cardiovascular Medicine is looking for a full-time Receptionist for our Moline Office.  If you have a positive can-do attitude, desire a stable professional work environment, and are looking for a career in healthcare, we want you!

Job Summary:

• Greet patients and obtain, verify, and update information using the practice management computer system.
• Enter insurance information into patients' accounts.
• Complete the check-out process, including the scheduling of return office visits, diagnostic appointments and yearly recalls.
• Answering questions regarding CVM's general procedures.
• Maintain physician and clinic schedules by scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
• Process internal and external phone calls to include scheduling consults and appointments and taking messages.

• Enter, verify and balance office charges on a daily basis.
• Explain CVM financial polices to patients, requesting co-payments and outstanding balances.
• Post personal payments and balance daily receipts
