Full-Time Nanny A warm, respectful family located in the Magnificent Mile area is seeking a proactive and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their two young children. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and takes initiative in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate experiences. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally becomes an extension of the parents, especially Mom. Responsibilities Plan and lead creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities Support nap, meal, and bedtime routines Prepare healthy, balanced meals for the children Light child-related housekeeping (e.g., laundry, tidying play spaces, dishwasher) Attend local classes and outings (library, museum, park) School pick up/drop off Qualifications Prior experience with infants and toddlers in private homes Proactive, organized, and able to manage the day independently Able to travel with family CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Bonus: Speaks a second language, has a creative/educational background Schedule: The preferred work schedule is Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to work three days from 8am to 6pm and two days from 12pm to 9 or 10pm. Compensation: $40-45/hr with overtime and benefits This position is ideal for a nanny who is warm, communicative, and passionate about early childhood development.
