Preferred experience in Nissan and/or VW sales management, but we will talk to all quality automobile sales managers with experience. • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Familiarity with multiple automotive brands is a plus.
