About the Role
A healthcare organization is seeking a board-certified pulmonologist to focus primarily on outpatient pulmonary medicine.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient pulmonary care, inpatient consults, and procedures
Average 20 patient visits per day (additional pay for higher volume)
Supervise advanced practice providers
Support innovative care delivery models alongside clinical staff
Build and maintain relationships with local primary care partners
Qualifications
2–20 years of experience
Early-to-mid career pulmonologist with an outpatient focus
Must be board certified
No critical care work included
Compensation
$385K – $675K total compensation package

Work Expectations
On-site, 5 days per week
Options across 3 regional clinics
Priority need at one Southwest location
At least 3 weeks per month on-site; may use 1 week per month for locums to maintain credentials
