About Us:

Center Point DAAC is excited to announce the successful opening of its new residential facility, Dr. Sushma D. Taylor Recovery Center (SDTRC), a 40-bed residential facility and 10-bed medical detox unit providing comprehensive substance abuse treatment services. We are now seeking a dedicated Overnight Residential Monitor RADT to join our team.

• Job Title: Overnight Residential Monitor RADT.
• Department: Dr. Sushma D. Taylor Recovery Center (SDTRC).
• Location: 790 Sonoma Ave, Santa Rosa, CA.
• Reports to: Detox Program Manager.
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 11:00pm to 8:30am.
• Classification: Non-exempt.
• Compensation: $25.00 per hour.

Essential Duties:

Overnight Monitoring:

• Monitor clients' activities, ensuring safety and program compliance.
• Conduct regular facility checks to maintain a secure environment.
• Administer Rapid Antigen Detection Tests (RADT) to clients as scheduled.
• Collect and document urinalysis samples from clients of their own gender.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations, providing basic first aid/CPR as needed.

Communication and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client activities, incidents, and test results.
• File documents in client files and update records as necessary.
• Communicate with treatment team regarding client progress or concerns.

Problem Solving and Support:

• Resolve conflicts and address client concerns in a professional manner.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in residential treatment or related field.
• Familiarity with substance abuse treatment and RADT procedures.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid California Driver's License (optional).

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight shifts.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while responding to crisis situations.
• Availability for working evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to walk facility periodically for safety and the ability to respond to emergency situations.
• Accurate and clear vision and hearing.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time.
