Now is a great time to join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a packager at one of the world’s leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries located in Portland, ME!

NOTE: Must be able to communicate with supervisors and team members, read safety guides, and work instructions in English!

Payrate and shift:

3rd shift working Sun-Thurs 9:00pm-5:00am, $22.75 per hour

What’s a typical day as a Packager?

1. Operation and cleaning of Packing equipment. Includes labeler and tape machine.

2. Use of pallet jacks to move bins

3. Use of scanning guns to issue materials receipts and transfer products

4. Simple math required to follow blending recipes

5. Pulling samples for Quality checks

6. Entering data into SAP.

7. Work independently and with team members to follow production schedule..

Essential Functions/Responsibilities all positions:

· Complete OJT as required

· Review and sign job SOP

· Pass written exam

· Perform tasks and show proficiency without assistance, approved by the trainer

• Have the ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task

• Are comfortable bending, twisting, standing, and walking for long periods of time, and lifting to 50lb periodically and be able to move 150 pounds

• Factory environment with exposure to basic product chemicals and raw materials.
