Insight Global's client is seeking a PC Refresh Technician to join their end-user support team in their Nutley location with occasional travel into NYC. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, focused on Windows, with basic Mac/iPhone knowledge. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead. Candidates for this role must be willing to travel to Nutley 5x/week.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ experience has PC technician
- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows
- Strong experience troubleshooting MAC computers
- Experience setting up monitors and docking stations
- Basic knowledge of Mac/iPhone troubleshooting - Experience with JAMF
- Experience with Intune and/or SCCM
