Portfolio Management Analyst

What does a successful Portfolio Management Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of projects, programs, and processes. You will collaborate with Business, Product, Finance, Application Development, and Implementation leaders to ensure all project work is accurately reflected at every lifecycle stage for forecasting, analysis, delivery, and business decision-making.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects, ensuring engagement across departments such as Finance, Application Development, and the Project Management Office.
• Oversee projects from submission to closure, ensuring adherence to financial approvals and processes.
• Ensure all projects meet data integrity standards and are accurately represented within the portfolio.
• Create detailed reports that provide strategic insights, options, and recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and coordinate the use of various Portfolio Management systems/tools.

What you will need to have:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Portfolio Management Analyst.
• 1+ years' experience in Project management, system analysis, and/or process management.
• 1+ years' experience in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education, work, or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• 1+ years' experience in portfolio management and governance.
• 1+ years' experience in Clarity and/or JIRA experience.
• Reporting experience, with metrics and dashboards like Power BI.
• Financial knowledge.

Salary Range

$72,400.00 - $124,100.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
