- Contract Duration: 12-months
- Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
- Compensation: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Print Buyer: - Manage end-to-end production of in-store marketing elements across multiple categories and business units
- Lead production efforts, ensuring all deliverables are executed with precision
- Review vendor production specifications and mechanical files for accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Prepare and manage project estimates, keeping stakeholders informed of changes
- Ensure adherence to budgets while maintaining high-quality output
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and partners to translate creative concepts into actionable production plans
- Communicate effectively regarding timelines, material choices, color accuracy, and production specifications
- Understand store layouts and hardware systems relevant to supported categories
- Contribute to standardization by developing scalable, repeatable production solutions
- Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions
- Drive process improvements and embrace innovative production techniques
What you’ll bring to the Print Buyer role: - Print production experience with a track record of managing complex deliverables
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of production best practices and marketing execution
- Ability to translate creative concepts into detailed, actionable plans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards simultaneously
- Technical knowledge of store environments and production requirements
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
