  • Contract Duration: 12-months
  • Worksite Location:  Minneapolis, MN 
  • Compensation: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the Print Buyer:
  • Manage end-to-end production of in-store marketing elements across multiple categories and business units
  • Lead production efforts, ensuring all deliverables are executed with precision
  • Review vendor production specifications and mechanical files for accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Prepare and manage project estimates, keeping stakeholders informed of changes
  • Ensure adherence to budgets while maintaining high-quality output
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and partners to translate creative concepts into actionable production plans
  • Communicate effectively regarding timelines, material choices, color accuracy, and production specifications
  • Understand store layouts and hardware systems relevant to supported categories
  • Contribute to standardization by developing scalable, repeatable production solutions
  • Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions
  • Drive process improvements and embrace innovative production techniques
What you’ll bring to the Print Buyer role:
  • Print production experience with a track record of managing complex deliverables
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of production best practices and marketing execution
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into detailed, actionable plans
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards simultaneously
  • Technical knowledge of store environments and production requirements
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
