FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Employment Type: Full time

Position Overview: Operating machinery, assembling products, and performing various tasks to ensure the efficient production of goods in a manufacturing environment. This role involves following safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and working as part of a team to meet production goals.

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities that must be completed

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production process.
• Perform setup and adjustments of machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Assemble products or parts according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Job Functions: Other responsibilities not required to successfully do job

• Other tasks and duties, as deemed necessary by the Production Manager.

Training:  Provided on the job and supplemented with external seminars/classes.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is preferred but not required.

Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Good communication and teamwork skills.  Ability to follow instructions and work independently.  Reliability and punctuality.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.  Capability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).  Willingness to work in varying conditions, including noise, heat, and cold.
Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with constant background noise.
