Program Director (LICSW/LMHC)

A Program Director is needed in Springfield, MA.

• Salary – $86,000K – $92,000K based on experience

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
• Travel to both Holyoke and Springfield Massachusetts as needed.
• Overseeing the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT)
• Demonstrate the willingness to work with a Forensic Population involved within the Sequential Intercept model. (5 bed unit)
• Completes initial assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, financial management plans, and assessments to assigned caseload as required by supervisor.

Requirements

• Clear and Active LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Clinician) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Supervisory Experience Preferred
• Management Experience Preferred
