Position Overview

The Warehouse Technology Program Manager is responsible for driving the design, development, and innovation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and leadership effectiveness across the company. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role spearheads system design, configuration, and optimization while supporting tool deployment, training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Program Management (Mobile Tools to Manage Warehouse Operations and Plan Labor)Support Warehouse Operations Tools (Warehouse Connect) in training, troubleshooting, providing best-in-class end-user experienceDevelop mockups and user interfaces to showcase proposed solutionsFacilitate pilots and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and user satisfactionBuild comprehensive system integration maps and manage technical documentationCollaborate on project management activities, including stakeholder engagement and milestone tracking
• Strategic Solution Design and InnovationIdentify business needs and architect solutions that align with operational and strategic goalsDocument business requirements and formalize change requestsDesign pilot or proof-of-concept tools to test innovative approaches and solutionsCreate system logic, process flows, and integration mapping to visualize and streamline solutionsLeverage KPIs and data-driven insights to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with performance objectivesProactively identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and scalabilityPropose solutions for tools nearing end-of-life or lacking vendor support, developing forward-looking strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Warehouse Technology MobilizationMaintain system documentation and integration maps to support smooth transitions during updates or changesDrive collaboration with cross-functional teams to align system implementations with organizational goalsDevelop and execute phased rollout plans aligned with business priorities.Support change management through training, communication, and end-user engagementProvide on-site implementation support, troubleshooting, and real-time guidance

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge : Strong understanding of warehouse systems, including system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting, Functional knowledge of entry-level coding and database management for system optimization and reporting(i.e. SQL, AppSheet, Power Apps, BI Tools), Expertise in data analysis, leveraging performance metrics to drive system enhancements and operational improvements
• Special Skills : Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Physical abilities: : Ability to work in office and warehouse environments as needed, Ability to provide hands-on support during system configuration and training sessions

Years Of Experience

• 2-5 : Minimum of 3 years experience in technology or system design, configuration, and optimization
• 2-5 : Warehouse operations, supply chain technology, or employee leadership tools is highly desirable

Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration/Management, Bachelor's Degree - Business Studies in Operations & Project Management, Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science and Entrepreneurship, Bachelor's Degree - Systems Design, Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute
