Your Role as Our Purchasing Agent

We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven, and proactive Purchasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our inventory stocked and our customers happy — ensuring products are ordered on time, new items are launched smoothly, and everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve – Maintain a one-year purchasing calendar to anticipate seasonal needs and plan ahead.
  • Keep Us Stocked – Review daily order reports, create purchase orders, and monitor low-stock items to prevent backorders.
  • Coordinate with Vendors – Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Launch New Products – Set up products in our system, update discontinued items, and ensure our website is accurate.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Share important product updates with shipping, warehouse, customer service, and production teams.
  • Analyze & Improve – Track product performance, spot trends, and help develop monthly promotional strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience (promotional products experience is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and computer skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing details.
  • Mindset: Professional, customer-focused, and a strong communicator who thrives both independently and in a team setting.
