Role Summary:

As a Senior React Developer at Founders Workshop, you will be instrumental in transforming client visions into reality. • Enhance Team Dynamics: Work closely with project leaders and fellow team members to swiftly identify and address any issues that could impede progress.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years working with React.js.
• Flexible and responsive to changing requirements.
• Responsive to stakeholders needs and pain points.
• Detailed oriented: Ensures that every aspect of the development is of high quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing, enhancing the usability and security of the final product.
• Based in Latin America (LATAM) to align with our team's time zone and collaboration needs.
• Proficient in conversational English (B2 to C1 level)
• Adaptable: You are quick to adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Reliable Communicator: Your proactive and clear communication style ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You're meticulous in your work, always aiming to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
