Nexeo HR is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in St. George, UT . As a Recruiter you’ll work closely with the clients to deliver exceptional staffing solutions and with candidates to identify ideal placements and assist them through the full onboarding process. Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates using job boards, networking, and referrals to connect with a variety of candidates in the St. George area.
• Provide assistance to walk-in candidates, both new and returning, by addressing their needs, including but not limited to drug screenings, facilitating in-person assessments, and supporting the onboarding process.
• Facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
• Schedule interviews, manage offer negotiations and guide candidates through the full onboarding process to ensure smooth placement.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, keeping in touch with future roles and client needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, track candidate progress in real-time using (ATS) tools, and provide feedback to continuously improve hiring strategies.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 1 year of Recruiting experience (agency experience is a plus) or Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to connect with people at all levels.
• Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A passion for working with people, a positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond to support clients and candidates.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Pay
$19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE + Commissions
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | Full Time
