Job Title: Registered Nurse – Critical Care (Adult PACU)

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: Syracuse, NY

Shift:-  (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Pay:

Travel: $2,540 weekly include stipend

Local: $2,140 weekly

REQUIREMENT: NY RN license, BLS

Job Duties:

• Provide critical care to pre- and post-operative patients in the recovery room
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical, and other interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document all clinical interactions
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the peri-anesthesia period
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN License
• Current BLS Certification (and able to be recertified)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size or higher acuity
• Excellent nursing assessment skills and ability to deliver care independently with minimal supervision
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment health clearance
• Must not have any prior suspensions or investigations related to nursing license or certifications
• No history of professional liability claims as a named defendant
