Requirements

• Must have 3 years of call center experience
  
• Must have 3 years of customer service experience
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Genuine passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills
  
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
  
• Must provide own work from home equipment (No chromebook or MAC)
  
• Must provide high speed internet hardwired. (No wifi or anything wireless)
  
• Must be able to pass a background check
