Position Overview:
As a Remote Virtual Assistan t at Claude H. Nix Construction , you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Support project management by tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with project proposals and reports.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients via email and phone.
- Help manage social media accounts and contribute to marketing efforts as needed.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy access to documents and information.
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
