We are a dynamic and fast-growing research group seeking highly motivated college graduates eager to launch a Wall Street career in Research. Our team specializes in sectors including Biotechnology, Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Transportation, and more. We welcome applicants with degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Finance, or Economics. Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a plus. Successful candidates will be sponsored for the SIE and FINRA analyst exams (Series 86 & 87), with opportunities to rapidly advance from junior associate or administrative roles to senior associate, junior analyst, and analyst positions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Learning & Development : Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, adapt, and acquire new skills.
  • Licensure Readiness : Ability to pass required regulatory exams (SIE,86 & 87).
  • Communication Excellence : Exhibit advanced English writing and verbal communication skills. Korean and or Japanese is welcome.
  • Relationship Building : Display an outgoing, engaging personality, and be comfortable networking and building professional relationships.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, trading, capital markets, and banking teams to align market insights and deliver cohesive messaging to clients.
  • Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain accurate and consistent financial models in Excel.
  • Event Coordination : Schedule meetings, calls, and events for leadership and management teams.
  • Support Roles : Assist Senior Analysts and the Research Director with various requests and tasks.
  • Administrative Tasks : Organize documents, track projects, and prepare materials for team use.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Economics and or Finance.

Skills & Experience :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data entry and formatting).
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and coordinate across teams.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare sector, including biopharma, medical devices, or healthcare services, is a strong advantage. Similar experience in other areas such as technology, industrials, or transportation is also valued but not required.

WORKPLACE LOCATION

  • Based in our beautiful offices on Madison Avenue, New York City.
  • Remote work potential after the first year.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet client deliverables.
  • Availability to support senior analysts on conference calls (evenings).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional travel may be required.
