The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of retail trends, promotional planning, and effective merchandising strategies that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Develop and implement retail marketing campaigns to support store promotions and product launches. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive opportunities. Manage in-store visual merchandising and promotional displays to ensure brand consistency. Coordinate events, seasonal promotions, and community outreach activities. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and media contacts.
