The Final Inspector Description of the role: The Service Final Inspector at Roger Dean Chevrolet - Cape Coral plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of vehicles before they are delivered to our valued customers. As a Service Final Inspector, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting vehicles, identifying any issues or defects, and ensuring that all repairs and adjustments have been made to meet our high standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive inspections of vehicles to identify any mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues
• Verify the completion of necessary repairs and adjustments to ensure that vehicles meet quality standards
• Conduct test drives to detect any operational irregularities
• Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to address any identified issues
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by cleaning interiors and exteriors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive service technician or inspector preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot even minor issues or defects
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
