In this role, you will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, and assisting clients in finding their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee and maintain property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately represented.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
• Client Assistance: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them navigate the home-buying process.
• Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A valid real estate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
