Additionally, you will analyze metrics to track the success of each campaign and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that our social media efforts align with the overall business goals. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their uses for brand engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content creation and graphic design is a plus.
