The Role:

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a remote, self-directed, contract role ideal for an intermediate level marketer who wants flexibility while managing their own schedule.

You will:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Manage and grow social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with our team to create compelling content aligned with our brand voice.
  • Interview potential clients as part of the lead qualification process.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns to improve results.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Resident of USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • 5+ years of proven social media marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of content strategy, paid social campaigns, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing a remote workflow.
  • Experience in the personal development or online coaching niche is a plus.
