Your Impact:
As our Software Trainer, you'll be the go-to expert for our suite of law enforcement-focused software products. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, developing training materials, and providing ongoing support to our customers across multiple states. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and see firsthand how your work is making a difference in their daily operations.
Your Day-to-Day:
Deliver comprehensive, on-site product training as needed.
Conduct engaging and informative virtual training sessions, covering basic product features and benefits.
Provide personalized one-on-one training sessions as required.
Manage the virtual training schedule and coordinate customer communications.
Develop user guides, FAQs, cheat sheets, and other helpful documentation.
Maintain an online knowledge base of training materials.
Collaborate with the onboarding team and customers to schedule agency-specific training.
Maintain training equipment.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to pass and maintain FBI and State Criminal Justice Information Security (CJIS) background checks.
Proven software training experience.
Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
A strong customer focus and dedication to providing exceptional service.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to motivate and engage customers in a training environment.
Patient, friendly, and approachable teaching style.
Basic computer skills, including operating system and hardware updates.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Strong internet capability and a suitable home office environment for remote work.
