We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the health insurance industry.   • Worksite Location: Eagan, MN | Hybrid - 2 days onsite
  • Compensation: $30-$34.00/hr W2
  • Contract Duration: 4 months
  • Note: Must have minimum 5 years experience as a coordinator scheduling and coordinating interviews, scheduling hiring strategy meetings and scheduling interview debriefs. 
What you’ll do as the Talent Coordinator:
  • Provide a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams
  • Partner with key team members to ensure proper coordination and scheduling of meetings and interviews 
  • Serve as the connection between the talent and onboarding teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved
  • Coordinate all pre-employment activities for candidates: initiate and monitor pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, process new hires in ATS (Workday), partner with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed
  • Keep team documents and resources organized and up to date
  • Prepare and maintain hiring manager and applicant-related correspondence
  • Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the Talent Coordinator role:
  • High school diploma (or equivalency)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • 3+ years of related experience. All relevant experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience, will be considered
  • Project management/coordination skills
  • High sense of business acumen in writing and in person/over the phone
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy skills, including intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
