Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Telecommute Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Bill of Sale JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating secure and efficient remote notarization for Bill of Sale transactions, a crucial element of asset transfers. You will conduct remote notarization sessions for Bill of Sale documents and related materials. Your thorough understanding of notarial laws and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the legality and authenticity of these important transactions. You will work closely with clients involved in various industries, providing them with a seamless and secure virtual notarization experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitate virtual notarization sessions for Bill of Sale documents, ensuring that all parties are present and engaged. Utilize a combination of identity verification methods and knowledge-based authentication to verify the identities of signatories. Review Bill of Sale documents meticulously to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards. Maintain comprehensive and organized records of notarial acts, adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols. Stay up-to-date with state-specific notary laws, regulations, and advancements in virtual notarization. Offer clear and effective guidance to clients throughout the virtual notarization process.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Extensive experience in notarizing Bill of Sale documents and familiarity with asset transfers. Proficiency in using virtual notarization platforms and video conferencing tools. Strong understanding of virtual notarization laws, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely. Comfortable adapting to new technologies and processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
