As a Video & Production intern, you will...

• Work closely with the Director of Creative Services to forecast video needs, assess feasibility and prioritize work.
• Work in conjunction with the Producer and Manager of Video Services to accomplish larger initiatives
• Handle setup, operation, or technical assistance for internal video productions and broadcast tagging, including video editing
• Focus on details while keeping an eye on the big picture.
• Anticipate and resolve conflict diplomatically.
• Understand Broadcast Standards and Industry protocol.
• Shoot all in-house footage for internal video projects.
• Organize and archive video footage in a timely and detailed manner
• Produce and master broadcast radio spots both in-house and with vendor partners
• High level of initiative and flexibility
• Exercise good judgment with client and agency budgets.
• Adapt campaign assets (retouching, logo and artwork preparation, illustrating, coloring, and grading)
• Video Editing and Motion graphic production (incl. organizing comps, compositing, constructing animated loops, and rendering)
• Create 2D images

Minimum Qualifications

• Attendance from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in Videography or other related field.
• Previous internship experience preferred, but not required.
• Eager to learn mentality and strong team player.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail; demonstrates commitment to follow-through.
• Proven ability to communicate marketing strategies and recommendations.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects according to deadline.
• Requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong supporter of SA’s desired culture.
