Basic Purpose : The in-house creative team at Love’s is looking for a dynamic Video Production Specialist to join our department. From concept to completion, this position will allow you to show off your talents in all aspects of video production. In this role you will work with internal and external clients to provide creative and engaging visual solutions that enhance our customer experience. With 650+ locations nationwide and partnerships with some of the largest brands in the country, this position presents a unique opportunity to showcase your work to millions of customers every day.

The Video Production Specialist is responsible for storyboarding, coordinating, capturing, editing, finalizing and organizing of all multimedia assets. This individual must have a passion for and experience in storytelling, video, motion, digital and graphic design. In addition, the Video Production Specialist will contribute to a collaborative team environment that includes digital designers as well as traditional print media designers. The Specialist will engage in the development and execution of related digital assets, audio/video assets, videography, animation and photography.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop visual workflows, storyboards and concepts to create engaging content.
• Produce and design video/animated content based upon existing print designs.
• Develop templates and visual styles that makes our experience unique to Love’s.
• Create digital content that support and compliment traditional marketing efforts.
• Expertise in video output standards for broadcast TV, streaming media, digital displays, on-screen presentations and social media.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all digital media components.
• Coordinate logistics of a project from intake to finished product.
• Understanding of equipment and making creative decisions as needed.
• Understanding of color theory and its application to color grading and editing of media.
• Maintain usage rights and archiving best-practices within a digital asset system.
• Work to provide best-in-class production and execution in all digital channels.

Education and Experience:

• 4-year college degree required
• 3-5 years of video production experience via creative agency and/or in-house design department
• Strong design, multimedia and storytelling backgrounds are a must.
• Collaborative attitude to engage and motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
• High proficiency in Videography, Photography, In-Studio, Post-Production (Premiere Pro and After Effects) and Adobe CC Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of video rendering technologies and their compression capabilities.
• Position requires a combination of operational strategy, integrated production management, digital workflow expertise and team leadership and talent development experience.
• A background in graphic design is a plus.
• Knowledge on operating a drone is a plus.

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
