We are looking for a dynamic and organized Agile Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Director of Service Delivery to track project progress and create engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations. You'll act as a key communicator between teams, keeping clients informed and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a client liaison, ensuring seamless engagement and relationship management.
Oversee daily project activities, monitoring progress toward goals and objectives.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates through detailed reports and dashboards.
Identify and resolve blockers or risks that may impact project success.
Support and mentor team members by leveraging metrics to guide professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Associate-level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or Product Owner).
3+ years of experience working in cross-functional Agile teams, managing client expectations in dynamic environments.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools to craft impactful dashboards and presentations.
Expertise in managing project metrics and delivering client-facing updates.
Experience with Jira is a must; familiarity with Confluence is preferred.
Background in cloud infrastructure, software development, or consulting.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership capabilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
