What would I be doing?

As a Construction Laborer, ,otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to...

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment 
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

• Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
• Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
• Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients

What does compensation and benefits look like?

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
