Schedule:Monday–Friday, some Saturdays required. Overtime as needed.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Support Specialistto join our team in Bakersfield. This is a dynamic role that supports a wide range of functions, from order entry and customer service to marketing and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter orders at all levels, process RMAs, receipts, and delivery memos
• Handle dispenser keys, labels, and installation/repair requests
• Assist with SDS and literature requests
• Support marketing efforts, including trade shows and lead generation
• Contact potential customers to generate leads and manage inquiries
• Quote pricing, convert quotes to orders, and manage customer accounts
• Reactivate and activate customer accounts as needed
• Communicate with account reps and sales teams to ensure pricing accuracy, resolve issues, and enhance margins
• Manage order tracking, backorders, special orders, and inventory concerns
• Interact with vendors and attend internal meetings
• Support rebate and contract setup, verify deliveries and descriptions
• Troubleshoot online and order-related issues
• Perform A/R tasks, including invoicing and showroom/front office support
• Maintain high levels of organization, efficiency, and customer service
• Assist with e-commerce functions, including:
• New user setup
• Failed import correction
• Shopping list setup
• Online troubleshooting
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
