Job Title: Dispatcher

Job Description

The Dispatcher is responsible for routine planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. This role involves customer interaction, communication with Field Technician Supervisors, and job coordination with Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources.
• Assign team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
• Input project location into system.
• Generate Work Order Documents, dispatch technicians, and notify customers.
• Ensure customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Communicate with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
• Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Review project paperwork, complete calls, and forward project paperwork to Project Administrators.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
• Log service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system.
• Generate, interpret, and print various assigned reports.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment

In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Work from home Monday and Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
