Compensation and Benefits Package
Salary: Based on working a minimum of 1452hrs/yr and $215/hr equates to $312,180. Shift length is 12hrs working 4 on 8 off with opportunity for picking up other shifts/sites.
Retirement:
401K--Immediate eligibility for employee contribution and employer matching
our “match” is 3% of gross pay up to IRS limits
Profit Sharing (Combined with Match Goal of 10%) – 7%

Medical scribes are provided for most attending physicians at sites where demand dictates.
Work Conditions:
- Single Emergency Medicine Board Certified physician coverage 24 hours a day.
- Medical Scribe support 24/7. Documentation completed on Meditech EMR.
- Mid-level support for the main ER from 7:30a-12a daily. (24 hours w/overlap)
- Separate Fast Track staffed by MLP when demand dictates.
