Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to assist with cleaning, sanitation, manufacturing, packaging, and facility maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Sanitation:

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, including floors, walls, ducts, and sanitation mats.
• Perform pest control inspections and manage pest control programs.
• Maintain and monitor cleaning supplies and chemical inventory.
• Oversee weekly sanitation inspections and document findings.

Manufacturing:

• Weigh and load ingredients into machines following batch records.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment (blenders, granulators, mills, etc.).
• Perform milling, packing, and metal detection of finished products.

Packaging & Labeling:

• Weigh, pack, and label finished products.

Shipping & Receiving:

• Assist with unloading containers, loading trucks, and verifying orders.

Facilities Maintenance:

• Support maintenance tasks, such as equipment cleaning, adjustments, and relocations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Trade degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and transportation required. Forklift certification is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Other Information:

• Must follow all standard operating procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.
