The Role

As a Freelance Animator at Partiful, you will bring our event pages to life through dynamic, engaging, and high-quality animations. There are two layers of animation in our product:

• Themes , which are full screen animations behind our page content and

• Effects , which layer on top as additional delight.

Your work will elevate our events used across our mobile app and web app . This is a part-time, project-based role with flexible hours, working closely with our design team.

In this role, you will:

• Efficiently develop captivating animations (both themes and effects) that enhance our event pages.

• Collaborate with our design team to conceptualize and storyboard animation projects.

• Iterate on animations based on feedback to deliver polished, final assets that meet project goals and deadlines.

• Contribute creative ideas to help Partiful stand out visually and stay ahead of the curve aesthetically while also meeting user needs.

You're likely a good fit if:

• You have 3+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or a related field.

• You’re highly skilled in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, creating Lottie animations and other animation software.

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles, particularly in digital formats.

• You excel at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• You’re can adapt your style to suit a variety of styles.

• You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and proactive in problem-solving.

• You’re available for meetings in the 9 AM - 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time window

• You’re authorized to work in the U.S.
