We are seeking a highly skilled GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Analyst to join our team. As a GRC Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance processes across various industries. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• GRC Process Implementation: Implement and maintain GRC processes, including risk assessments, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various business functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Communication: Communicate complex GRC information to stakeholders, including executive management, business leaders, and other teams.
• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve GRC processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Compliance, to ensure effective GRC implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
• GRC Experience: Experience in GRC, risk management, or compliance.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GRC tools and technologies, such as RSA Archer, SAP GRC, or similar platforms.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Compliance and Risk Professional (CCRP), are a plus.

• Master's Degree: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of specific industries, such as financial services, healthcare, or technology.
• Certifications: Additional certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), are a plus.
