ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Gym Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community, leading a team and building strong relationships with members. Your mission? Inspire, motivate, and create an amazing experience every day!

• Lead & Motivate – Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, fostering a supportive, dynamic culture.
• Drive Growth – Engage new members, promote memberships, and create a thriving fitness community.
• Deliver Excellence – Ensure smooth day-to-day gym operations, maintain a welcoming space, and oversee member experience.
• Build Connections – Create a strong bond with members, helping them feel valued, supported, and motivated.
• Engage the Community – Organize events, challenges, and social media initiatives to keep our gym buzzing!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A natural leader who loves inspiring and empowering people.
• A self-driven go-getter with a passion for fitness and community-building.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships.
• Sales-minded with a consultative approach to helping potential members.
• Previous experience in leadership, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus!
