What is Decentralized Masters?

Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We give people the weapons to take back control over their financial future. By leveraging DeFi, we allow them to multiply their capital before it's eaten by inflation and thrive in these uncertain times. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom made videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports from our analysts and more. We want to create the biggest DeFi ecosystem that exists. The first step is to invade the market by creating the go-to DeFi educational platform.

Decentralized Masters has now grown to 80+ full-time employees and will end the year at 120+ full-time employees. Its record-breaking growth is being noticed across continents, with a potential unicorn status in the next couple of years. It is a bootstrapped & profitable company targeting $50m in revenue in 2024.

What is cool is that our offer attracts smart, interesting, wealthy and open-minded people so the conversations on the sales calls are quite interesting.

We have a huge advantage in terms of marketing, right now, we are acquiring customers very profitably with Youtube ads and Facebook ads, and our return on ad spend is around 5x.

We need more Remote Closers to help us accomplish this goal!

What will you be doing?

• Describe and sell our offering to potential customers
• Issue Contracts.
• Process payments.
• Communicate with customers using company-allocated recorded communication channels (Zoom, etc.)
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers to facilitate sales.
• Use data to help customers understand how we can help them achieve their goals.
• Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed.
• Ensure professional camera practices during all meetings and client interactions.

We are looking for people who have experience in this field. Not necessarily in selling digital currency offers, but at least experience selling B2C in one-call closes and collecting payment ON THE CALL.

You will get 5 qualified calls every day - more if you are hungry enough!

Requirements

A few requirements though:

• You have experience in a B2C offer
• You need to be available full time
• You need to have a solid track record
• You are HUNGRY and willing to compete for your spot
• You are coachable and willing to work long hours to develop your skillset further
• You have previous (successful) sales experience
• Bonus if you are familiar with and/or sold to our market before…
• You can provide high quality references
• You’ve closed at least $100k as a Remote Closer
• Interpersonal skills
• Time management
• Quick thinking
