Your Role: Strategic HR Partner & Culture Champion

As an HR Business Partner , you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy-driving transformation, empowering leaders, and shaping a high-performance culture. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent initiatives with business goals and help us grow smarter, stronger, and more sustainably.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, and change initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver seamless, people-first solutions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing or large-scale environments preferred)
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR strategy
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Spanish fluency is a plus
