Brief Description of this role: With a Little Help is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Seattle Caregivers- Seattle, North Seattle, and Bellevue. In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors in their own private homes, helping them to thrive and maintain their independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on others' lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Prepare meals and provide nutritional support
• Assist with shopping and transportation
• Light housekeeping
• Ability to drive clients to appointments and activities

Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Care Aide (HCA), or ability to obtain within 200 days of hire Preferred Qualifications: * Caregiving experience (1 year) * Preferred Skills & CEU Experience:

• Communicating with Clients who have Dementia
• End of Life Care
• Food Allergies and Sensitivities
• Medication Assistance
• Any additional CEUs!
• Reliable transportation
• (Preferred) ability to drive clients with active WA DL and current car insurance

No professional experience is required - we provide coaching and mentoring! We have a fun and supportive office team to help you every step of the way! Pay Range: $20-22/hour based on certifications, experience, and shift location. Short shifts (2-7 hours long) receive an additional $2-$5/hour compensation based on the length of the shift and Care Plan responsibilities. This leaves the opportunity to earn between $22-$27/hour based on a caregiver's experience. Benefits:
